「コミックマーケット107ぬいぐるみメーカー Gift＆あみあみブース（企業ブースNo.1322）」等にて
先行販売を行いました下記商品におきまして、本来の仕様とは異なる不具合が含まれていることが判明いたしました。

本商品をご購入いただきましたお客様、ならびに作品ファンの皆様、関係者の皆様には、
多大なるご迷惑とご心配をおかけしましたことを深くお詫び申し上げます。

つきましては、当該商品をご購入されたお客様を対象に、以下の通り「良品への交換」または「返金」の対応をさせていただきます。

■不具合の内容

縫製仕様の誤りにより、本来の設定には存在しないパーツ（耳状のパーツ）が付着している状態となっております。

■対応内容について

お客様のご希望に応じて、下記いずれかの方法にて対応いたします。
なお、イベント会場等での販売につき、ご購入履歴の確認が困難な場合も想定されますため、
誠に恐縮ながら受付の際は「お手元の不具合品のご返送」をお願いさせていただきます。
何卒ご了承いただけますようお願い申し上げます。

1.良品との交換
不具合品を指定窓口へご返送いただき、受領確認後、正しい仕様の良品をお届けいたします。
　・良品発送時期： 2026年5月上旬頃を予定しております。

2.返金
不具合品を弊社指定窓口へご返送いただき、受領確認後、ご指定の銀行口座（日本国内の金融機関のみ）へ代金をお振込みいたします。
※返金額は6,500円となります。
　・国外にお住まいのお客様等、送金手続きが困難な場合につきましては、
　　「良品との交換」にてご案内させていただきます。

※ご注意※
お送り頂いた不具合品は弊社にて回収させていただきます。
いかなる場合もお客様へのご返送はいたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください　（2026年1月7日追記）。

■ご対応期間

「１．良品との交換」「２．返金」とも、誠に恐れ入りますが2026年3月31日までに下記窓口へご連絡いただけますようお願い申し上げます。

本件の原因は、株式会社Giftの製造工程における人為的な確認漏れによるものでございます。
今後は、仕様確認の徹底、検品体制の強化、および社内スタッフへの作品理解教育を徹底し、再発防止に努めてまいる所存です。

We have discovered that the following product, which was sold in advance at the Comic Market 107 Plush Manufacturer Gift & AmiAmi Booth (Corporate Booth No. 1322) held on December 30th and 31st, 2025, contains a defect where the specifications differ from the intended design.
We sincerely apologize for the great inconvenience and concern this has caused to customers who purchased this product, fans of the work, and all related parties.
We are offering an exchange for a non-defective product or a refund to customers who purchased the affected product, as detailed below.

■ Details of the Defect
Due to a sewing specification error, parts that do not exist in the original character design (ear-like parts) are attached.


■ Regarding Support
We will respond via one of the following methods according to your preference.
Since it may be difficult to verify purchase history for sales made at the event venue,
we respectfully ask that you return the defective item in your possession when applying. We appreciate your understanding.

1. Exchange for a Non-defective Product
After returning the defective item through the designated method and upon our receipt confirmation,
we will send you a non-defective product with the correct specifications.

• Scheduled to be shipped early May, 2026.

2. Refund
After returning the defective item through the designated method and upon our receipt confirmation,
we will transfer the payment to your designated bank account (Japanese financial institutions only).
The refund amount will be JPY6,500 .

• Note: For customers residing outside of Japan or in cases where money transfer procedures are difficult,
we will offer an exchange for a non-defective product.

Important Note:
The defective items you send will be collected by us.
Please be aware that under no circumstances can these items be returned to you. (Added on January 7, 2026)

■ Support Period
For both "1. Exchange" and "2. Refund," please contact the window below by March 31st, 2026.

■ Procedure
Inquiries and practical matters regarding exchanges and refunds for this issue will be handled jointly by Gift Co., Ltd. and Oh-ami Inc.

■ Handling of Personal Information
Personal information collected for this matter will be shared between Gift Co., Ltd.
and Oh-ami Inc. and will be used solely for the purpose of responding to this issue (shipping products, refund procedures, etc.).
After use, we will responsibly and promptly dispose of the information.

■ Cause and Prevention Measures
The cause of this issue was human error in checking during the manufacturing process at Gift Co., Ltd.
Moving forward, we are committed to preventing recurrence by thoroughly checking specifications, strengthening our inspection system, and thoroughly educating our internal staff on understanding the works.
Once again, we deeply apologize for the significant inconvenience caused to our customers and ask for your understanding and cooperation.

■ Regarding post-Comic Market 107 sales
Non-defective products using the proper specifications will be used to fulfill online orders.
